What this work is

I work with leaders who are carrying more responsibility, visibility, and complexity than before. My role is to provide a confidential, grounded space to think clearly about real decisions, test assumptions, and strengthen judgment under pressure.


 

What coaching looks like in practice
 

In sessions, we focus on what’s real and current — the decisions, relationships, and tradeoffs you’re actively navigating.

  • Clarity: identifying the few things that matter most right now

  • Judgment: pressure-testing assumptions, options, and second-order impacts

  • Action: leaving with a concrete next step you can apply immediately


How engagements typically work
 

Most leaders start with a brief exploratory conversation. If it feels like a fit, we clarify goals and set an initial engagement length. Coaching is typically structured as a recurring cadence, often on a biweekly cadence, with room for flexibility when real-time leadership situations arise.

  • Confidential 1:1 coaching

  • Organization-sponsored or self-sponsored

  • Clear goals, regular cadence, practical application


Confidentiality and trust
 

Coaching only works with trust. Our conversations are confidential, and the work is designed to support your leadership, not to evaluate you. If coaching is organization-sponsored, we align on goals up front and protect the integrity of the coaching space.
